3. Company Cancellations

Chicago Prime Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers may receive a refund or credit at our discretion to reschedule for a future date. All sales are final.

4. No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

5. Late Arrival

Guests are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in missed portions of the tour or complete forfeiture of the booking without refund.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for assessing their physical ability to participate.

  • Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions that may affect their participation.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By participating in any Chicago Prime Tours activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the tour and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Chicago Prime Tours, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Transportation Disclaimer

Chicago Prime Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other events beyond our control.

10. Photography and Media

Chicago Prime Tours may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the use of your likeness without compensation unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.

11. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Chicago Prime Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

12. Force Majeure and Governing Law

Chicago Prime Tours shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
