Is there parking?
There is no on-site parking. Parking is available at Millennium Park, and you can exit at the Randolph St. East Lobby. Other parking garages include the Aqua garage (225 N Columbus Drive) and 303 E. Wacker garage (235 Lower Columbus Drive).
Are there bathrooms?
There are no restrooms on the bus, and restroom breaks are not included. Please use the restroom before checking in at the bus location. The closest public bathrooms are located at Grant Park.
Is your tour wheelchair accessible?
At this time, Chicago Prime Tours does not offer wheelchair-accessible tour options. Our vehicles and tour routes involve steps, uneven surfaces, and locations that are not fully accessible, which may make participation difficult or unsafe for guests using wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
